Legal Consultant

Hydrocarbon Development Institute Of Pakistan Latest Jobs 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

The eligibility criteria for the position of Consultant (Legal) include a qualification of LL.B/LL.M in Corporate Law from an HEC-recognized university. The age limit is a maximum of 68 years as of the closing date.

The required experience is a minimum of 25 years as an active lawyer, with at least 15 years of experience as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. The situation is open to both male and female candidates, and the quota will be followed according to the government’s policy. The domicile requirement is open to all. The candidate should possess skills such as in-depth knowledge of corporate affairs, service matters, civil, taxation matters, and regulations related to the petroleum sector. Additionally, experience in providing legal advisory services within government or regulatory bodies will be preferred.
