Position Details Multan Electric Power Company Limited Jobs 2025:
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the CEO of MEPCO.
- Oversee and manage the IT department.
- Develop IT strategies, policies, and protocols.
- Lead the digital transformation of MEPCO.
- Manage ERP systems (HR, finance, customer billing, etc.).
- Implement IT governance and cybersecurity measures.
- Guide organizational change management and team integration.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- 16-year degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- HEC equivalence required for foreign degrees.
Experience:
- 15+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- 5+ years at a senior level in a large organization/software house.
- Strong expertise in ERP, AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
- Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation.
