Eligibility Criteria for Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Jobs 2025:

The eligibility criteria require relevant qualifications like MBBS/BDS & MHPE, PhD/MS in Computer Science, MSc/MCS, BS/BE in Software Engineering, LLB, or Master’s degrees. Applicants should be aged between 35 and 50 years with 2 to 12 years of experience, preferably in healthcare. Both male and female candidates are eligible, and the positions are open to Pakistani nationals. The quota follows government/PM&DC policy, and candidates should have relevant skills in medical education, administration, IT, quality assurance, legal affairs, and software/database management.

Director (Medical Education) (SPS-11):

Qualification: MBBS/BDS & MHPE (or PhD in Medical Education)
Five years of experience in medical education (PhD) or eight years (MHPE)

Director Admin/HR (SPS-11):

Qualification: HEC-recognized master’s degree in any field
Experience: 10 years in Govt/Semi-Govt/autonomous bodies

Director IT (SPS-11):

Qualification: PhD/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience: 12 years in senior managerial IT roles (preferably in healthcare)

Deputy Director (IT)/System Analyst (SPS-10):

Qualification: MSc/MCS in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience: 8 years in IT (preferably in healthcare)

Assistant Registrar (SPS-09):

Qualification: MBBS/BDS (recognized by PM&DC)
Experience: 5 years in Govt/Semi-Govt/autonomous bodies (preferably in healthcare)

Assistant Registrar (Quality Assurance) (SPS-09):

Qualification: MBBS/BDS & MHPE (recognized by PM&DC)
Experience: 2 years in Quality Assurance (excluding internship, preferably in healthcare)

Assistant Registrar (Medical Education) (SPS-09):

Qualification: MBBS/BDS & MHPE (recognized by PM&DC)
Experience: 2 years in Medical Education (excluding internship, preferably in healthcare)

Database/System Administrator (SPS-09):

Qualification: BS/BE (Software Engineering) or equivalent
Experience: 5 years in database installation, administration, monitoring, and maintenance

Web Developer (SPS-09):

Qualification: BS/BE (Software Engineering) or equivalent
Experience: 5 years in software/web development (preferably in healthcare)

Legal Officer (SPS-09):

Qualification: LLB or equivalent (recognized by HEC) with advocate enrollment
Experience: 5 years handling High Court cases
