Punjab Daanish Schools and Centres of Excellence Authority (PDS&CEA) is inviting applications from qualified, motivated, and dedicated professionals for the following contractual positions:
1. Assistant (DS-16 / Equivalent to BPS-16):
Number of Posts: 01
Location: PDS&CEA Head Office, Lahore
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum: FA/F.Sc. (or equivalent) from a recognized institute with 10 years of experience in a government/semi-government/private organization.
- Preferred: BA/B.Sc./BBA/B.Com. (or equivalent) with 5 years of experience in a reputed organization.
- Skills Required:
- Office support tasks, correspondence handling, official letter drafting, record maintenance, data entry, file management, and document organization.
- Scheduling, meeting coordination, and minute preparation.
- Inventory management and assisting senior staff with daily office tasks.
- Computer Skills: MS Office Suite, typing speed 30-40 words per minute (wpm), and Urdu In-Page typing (preferred).
- Proficiency in HRIS/ERP/ATS software will be an added advantage.
2. Data Entry / Computer Operator (DS-12 / Equivalent to BPS-12):
Number of Posts: 05
Location: PDS&CEA Head Office, Lahore
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum: Matric/O-Level/A-Level/Intermediate/ICS/I.Com. (or equivalent) from a recognized institution with a 6-month to 1-year computer diploma.
- Preferred: Higher qualifications will be considered.
- Skills Required:
- Typing speed: 35-40 words per minute (wpm).
- Practical knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience in data entry, record-keeping, and filing systems.
- Proficiency in English/Urdu correspondence, drafting, and Urdu In-Page typing is preferred.
- Public sector experience is preferred.
3. Record Keeper (DS-11 / Equivalent to BPS-11):

Location: PDS&CEA Head Office, Lahore
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum: FA/FSc/ICS/I.Com with computer proficiency.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in record keeping (Government/Private Organizations).
- Skills Required:
- Maintaining and organizing engineering records, technical documents, and project files.
- Filing, retrieving, and securing physical and digital documents.
- Data entry, record updates, log maintenance, and document flow coordination.
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
