The Teacher Interns STI Interviews are an important step for candidates who want to start their teaching journey. This process helps select skilled and passionate individuals for schools. In the interview, candidates will be asked about their education, teaching skills, and interest in the job. It is a great chance for beginners to show their abilities and start their career as a teacher.
Selection Process for STI Jobs 2025 Interview:
- Interview Selection for Teacher Interns STI Interviews: For each available seat, interviews will be conducted for the top ten alternate candidates. Each candidate will give an interview for their first preferred choice, and the marks obtained will be counted everywhere.
- Equal Academic Scores for Teacher Interns STI Interviews: If multiple candidates have the same academic score, all of them will be called for an interview.
- Verification of Documents for Teacher Interns STI Interviews: Candidates must present their original certificates and documents. These will be checked against the portal records. If any discrepancy, fraud, or incorrect entry is found, the candidate will be disqualified and informed. The disqualification will also be recorded on the portal.
- Interview Score Entry for Teacher Interns STI Interviews: The interview score must be entered immediately into the portal. Once entered, the score cannot be changed.
- Interview Committee:
- Primary & Elementary Schools: The interview committee will consist of the school head and an AEO (Assistant Education Officer) or a Grade 16 representative.
- High & Higher Secondary Schools: The committee will include the school head along with a Deputy DEO or a Grade 18 representative.
- In all cases, a member of the School Council will be the third mandatory representative. The Deputy DEOs will nominate the School Council members for Primary and Elementary Schools.
- Interview Dates: The interviews will take place on February 3rd and 4th, and the candidates’ scores will be recorded in the portal on the same day.
- Complaint Resolution: On February 8th, the concerned DEO office will receive and resolve complaints. A formal written order will be issued. To ensure transparency, the interview process must be fair.
- Final Orders: The final appointment orders will be issued within three days after the official list is displayed.
- Merit-Based Selection: Interview marks will be awarded strictly on merit.
Responsibility of Officials: All Deputy DEOs and Assistant Education Officers must inform the top ten candidates per seat and ensure strict compliance with these guidelines. The process should be completed on time with full responsibility.
